How we handle it

Event Logistics operates under the Istanbul Convention on Temporary Admission, which allows professional equipment to be imported or exported without additional transit documents or customs duties. We manage:

• Temporary admission of professional equipment into Ukraine and neighbouring countries
• Temporary export of equipment abroad
• Full documentary support for countries outside the Istanbul Convention

The key document in this process is the ATA Carnet — an internationally recognised customs document accepted across the CIS, the European Union, the Americas, and Asia. It allows professional equipment to cross borders without paying duties or taxes, for a period of up to one year. After that period, the equipment must either be exported or the documents renewed.

For countries not party to the Istanbul Convention, we provide comprehensive documentary support in full compliance with local customs regulations.
